For many years now, Opal has sponsored the organisation Rainforest Rescue through their Regenwald (Rainforest) yarn range. As Opal's 16th collection, this selection of yarns named Die Rasselbande (Band of Rascals) has been inspired by the mischievous animals of the jungle.
This yarn has a 6-ply weight, and being made from a 75% Virgin Wool (superwash) and 25% Polyamide blend, is highly durable and washable up to 40C.
Each ball of Opal Regenwald 16 yarn weighs 150 grams and has a length of 420 metres approximately.
Recommended needle size is 3.00-4.00mm.
