Scheepjes Frosted Whirl - fingering/4ply, 100gm

Scheepjes Frosted Whirl makes your knitting or crocheting sparkle. 

Scheepjes Whirl Frosted is almost identical to the other gradient yarns in the Scheepjes Whirl range; the only difference is that the composition of Scheepjes Whirl Frosted is slightly different due to the glitter thread: 57% cotton, 38% acrylic and 5% lurex. These gradient yarns with a subtle glitter effect are available in three shades. 

The yarn is ideal for crocheting or knitting airy and lightweight projects that have a particularly beautiful drape. Scheepjes Whirl and Frosted Whirl are so-called unicat yarns in which the color gradient changes per thread, giving the knitted or crocheted work a unique mixed effect. Unlike other unicat yarns, Whirl and Frosted Whirl are plied, which prevents the yarn from splitting during fast knitting or crocheting. Each color change is carefully knotted by hand, so that the knots disappear unobtrusively into the stitches and the work gets a beautiful and smooth finish. 

The extra large Scheepjes Frosted Whirl yarn cakes have a running length of no less than 1000 meters, more than enough for a large scarf or shawl. Scheepjes Frosted Whirl is suitable for needle size 3.50-4.00mm (fingering thread size).
