250ml Vanilla Extract - Madagascan beans

There are only two ingredients in the vanilla extract - 45% ABV Vodka and delicious Madagascan vanilla beans. No water or sugar added, and definitely not a "blend"!

Planifolia vanilla beans from Madagascar have a deep warm rich flavour. These vanilla beans have been delicately opened to slow release the vanilla caviar to extract the 200+ flavour compounds and aroma. The flavour improves with time, with the most intense flavours developing 6-12 months from bottling.

Bruce's tip - once you have used up to one-third of the bottle, top up with more vodka. 

Each bottle has at least 25g of vanilla beans.
